Multi-channel interference (MCI) laser

ORI-MZM-T-BW is the thermal tuning version, whose phase shift is tuned by micron heaters integrated on chip. Compared to traditional LN modulators, the heater version could maintain a lot more stable bias point throughout lifetime of the device. The device is a hermetic sealing package with internal optical power, which save more space size for the end user.

Product introduction:
Multi-channel interference (MCI) laser is a monolithic InP based widely tunable semiconductor laser. The MCI laser is electronically/thermally tuned, which can address any wavelength in a range of more than 48 nm and support for flexgrid. This design has independently IP and patents in US and China.

Coherent Optical Communication, fiber optic sensing, LiDAR , test instrumentation。
