Highlights:
● Full C-band tuning (up to 120 channels at 50GHz spacing)
● High, flexible adjustable output power, up to 16dBm
● Low power dissipation, typically <2W at 75 Celsius deg
● High side mode suppression ratio > 40dB
● Dark tuning by reverse biasing the integrated optical amplifier
● Compact, low-profile, hermetic laser package with internal optical isolator
● Integral wavelength locker, allowing stabilization to within +/- 1.5GHz, compatible with flexible grid
● Polarization maintaining fiber pigtail is optional
● The laser chip is Ori-chip’s proprietary design, fabricated by Ori-Chip’s internal fab.
